EXCHANGE AN ORDER

We do not accept exchanges.

Because all orders are custom-made, customers are required to confirm all details (size, design, quantity, address, etc.) before placing the order. We do not offer exchanges or returns due to incorrect selections made by the customer, including size, design, quantity, or address errors.


CANCEL AN ORDER

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

If you request cancellation after this period, the order may have already been processed or sent to the warehouse for production and shipping. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied based on your total order value.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, your order is considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

We accept returns/refunds if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

  • The product design is different from what you ordered

  • The size, material, or item received does not match your order

  • The product does not match the description on our website

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered

  • Tags are missing or removed

  • Minor flaws such as loose threads

  • The product is returned without our prior confirmation

  • The item is returned in used condition or without original packaging

What you need to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (email confirmation or receipt)

  • Photo evidence of the issue

  • A screenshot of our previous email conversation

  • Shipping label or return receipt

Return process:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your return request and all required documentation.

  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

  4. Carefully pack and ship your items using a trackable carrier.

  5. Send us the tracking number or photo of the return receipt.

Note: Do not return any item without our confirmation. Returns without prior approval are not eligible for a refund, and we are not responsible for lost packages.

Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This fee is not reimbursed.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.

  • We’ll notify you via email once your refund is issued.

  • Refunds include your original shipping fee.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please:

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. After this period, no refunds or returns will be accepted.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
