FanForgeTees respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international laws, we provide the following procedures for reporting and resolving alleged infringement.

1. How to Report Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work or other intellectual property has been used on FanForgeTees.com without your permission, please send us a notice at [email protected] containing ALL of the following information:

  • Identification of the work that is allegedly infringed, including its registration number if applicable.
  • Identification of the infringing content on our Site, with the exact location (e.g., full URL) and a description of how it is being infringed.
  • Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

2. Our Response to a Valid Notification

Upon receipt of a properly served notification, FanForgeTees will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the content that we have removed or disabled the content.
  • Terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

3. Counter Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed in error or that you have the right to post it, you may send a counter notification to [email protected] that includes:

  • Identification of the content that was removed and its original location on the Site (URL).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your county (if you are in the United States) or your local court.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

If we receive a valid counter notification, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a lawsuit asking a court to order the material to be kept offline.

4. Repeat Infringers

FanForgeTees reserves the right to terminate or suspend the accounts of users it determines to be repeat infringers.

5. Important Legal Notice

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
