At FanForgeTees, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following guidelines for cancelling or modifying an order:

1. Free Cancellation & Modification Window

Within 6 hours of placing your order, you may cancel or modify it at no charge.

After this 6-hour window, we begin order processing and cannot accommodate modifications, and cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee.

  • Order Number
  • Type of request: “Cancel” or “Modify”

  • Full Delivery Address (if you are modifying shipping details)

3. Confirmation

Once we receive your request, our team will review and respond—typically within 6 hours during business hours—to confirm that your order has been updated or cancelled.

4. Fees & Limitations

  • No fee for cancellations or modifications within 6 hours
  • 10% fee on cancellations requested after 6 hours
  • Modifications cannot be made after the 6-hour window
