Within 6 hours of placing your order, you may cancel or modify it at no charge.
After this 6-hour window, we begin order processing and cannot accommodate modifications, and cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee.

Once we receive your request, our team will review and respond—typically within 6 hours during business hours—to confirm that your order has been updated or cancelled.
4. Fees & Limitations
- No fee for cancellations or modifications within 6 hours
- 10% fee on cancellations requested after 6 hours
- Modifications cannot be made after the 6-hour window
